Once you're happy with your post-purchase survey questions and you're ready to start collecting responses, all you need to do is turn it on.
Navigate to Survey
In the banner at the top of the page, click the button Enable survey next to Your post-purchase survey is disabled
Now your survey will show on your Order Confirmation/Status page after every successful checkout and you'll be collecting valuable responses in no time.
