Navigate to Question Library
Browse the categories to find a question that will help uncover the data you need

Preview the question and answers by clicking Preview question

To add the question to your survey, click Add question to survey
​

You'll then be redirected back to your survey editor, where you will see the question is added to your current survey. Here you can customize the question and edit your full survey.

Click Save changes
