You can cancel anytime, but we suggest looking at these options first:
A. If you just want to take a break from running your survey, you can disable your post-purchase survey and talk to us about pausing your account.
B. If you need help or are having doubts, reach out to our friendly support team.
If you are using Shopify and still wish to cancel, simply delete the app from your Shopify account. This will automatically cancel your subscription.
If you are using BigCommerce, you can delete your subscription from Account > Billing menu, selecting the "billing portal" option:
After deleting your subscription, simply delete the app from your BigCommerce account.
