Your timezone setting is to ensure reporting on your survey results is against the correct time to give you more insight into when orders from different sources come in.
When you install LoudHippo, we try our best to set your timezome to the same as your eCommerce account. If you need to change the timezone setting:
Navigate to Account > General
Under Business Information > Time Zone, click the dropdown to find your timezone, then click Save
