Your Currency setting is to ensure reporting on your survey results is against the correct order values to give you more insight into where your highest value orders come from.

When you install LoudHippo, we try our best to set your currency to the same as your eCommerce account. If you need to change the currency setting:
โ€‹

  1. Navigate to Account > General

  2. Under Business Information > Currency, click the dropdown to find your currency, then click Save
