You can downgrade your billing plan at anytime.
By downgrading, you'll be decreasing the number of orders eligible for a post-purchase survey. We suggest running your survey after all orders to help give you a full picture of attribution and build a useful database to help make better decisions.
If you downgrade and change your mind later, you can always upgrade your plan again.

  1. To downgrade, navigate to Account > Billing.

  2. Decide what plan suites you based on the number of orders/month you expect. Click Choose Plan

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm and complete.
