Once you’re happy with your survey design, you’re ready to go. Turn your survey on to add it to your order confirmation page and start watching the responses roll in.
Navigate to Survey
In the banner at the top of the page, click the button Enable survey next to Your post-purchase survey is disabled
Now your survey will show on your Order Confirmation/Status page after every successful checkout and you'll be collecting valuable responses in no time.
